Patient Experience - Survey

This module enables the hospital to create and run surveys (conditional, non-conditional, sentiment etc) on in room devices, public kiosk terminals, mobile devices, within mobile apps, via outbound email campaigns, and from the hospital’s website.

The survey module has a fully responsive design engine and can take different forms such as a short pop up single question sentiment survey to long form conditional and non-conditional surveys and other custom designs. (There are over twenty answers types - radio, checkbox, yes/no, ranking, smiley faces, and multi-dimensional arrays).

In addition to a graphical results and charting dashboard with filtering, there is a separate data mining module that can be used to extract interesting and meaningful information from the collected data. Several data mining tools such as association rules and text heat maps have been implemented.

Patient Experience

The results can be exported in XML, R, Matlab, CSV or other formats required for any third-party data mining applications you may be using.
